小朋友菜

今晚 Him Him 來我家到訪, 出名食嘢奄尖的他, 要諗煮咩俾佢食都幾傷腦筋,
最後煮了薯仔肉丸、蝦滑菜芯苗、鹵水雞脾豆腐,
全部都係林的, 唔洗點咬的餸菜, 至啱呢個小朋友~

食一餐飯都叫幾次先返嚟, 同一個小朋友食飯真係唔容易!

前兩日整了北海道 3.6 牛乳布甸, 上次整得太結實了, 今次整得啱啱好!
好滑滑, 入口好濃的奶香味, 哪管他是否脂肪超標, 食少少都叫人滿足!
超級市賣 $20 一小樽, 實在太呃錢了!

  1. Milk + 糖 (適量) + 魚膠粉 --> 煲滾 --> 雪凍

    very easy!
    But need to test the appropriate amount of Gelatin
    My formula is :
    Weight of Gelatin = (volume of milk/20) - 2g
    e.g. for 200ml milk, around 8g gelatin is enough

    Otherwise, if too much gelatin, it's texture will be like rubber....
